Discipleship Training and Spiritual Formation for Believers
“Go and make disciples of all nations……and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded” (Matthew 28:18-19) is Jesus’ command to His disciples. So, Global Christ Mission is committed to modeling Jesus’ pattern of disciple-making and spiritual formation for those who believe in Jesus. Through this discipleship training, we are devoted to equipping believers with biblical knowledge, spiritual maturity, and practical ministry skills so they can live as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ and multiply disciples in their communities. Through this training, we aim:
- Believers grow in biblical knowledge and spiritual maturity.
- Churches strengthened through true followers of Jesus.
- Communities impacted by engaged disciples living out Christ’s mission.
- Multiplication of disciples who make disciples.
Global Christ Mission offers a Discipleship Training and Spiritual Formation course (6-12 months) accredited by both national and international bodies.

Theological Training for Pastors and Church Leaders

Through this training, we aim:

Community Development and Welfare Programs
Global Christ Mission is also committed to holistic community development and the welfare of society. To achieve this, we offer quality programs, including tailoring training and family counseling for women, as well as computer education, music instruction, and spoken English classes for children and youth.
These initiatives provide practical skills and opportunities for personal growth while fostering fellowship among the Church and non-Christian communities.
Through these programs, we aim to demonstrate God’s love in action, foster meaningful relationships, and ultimately share the Gospel in both words and deeds.
- library
Elim Community Library
To advance its goals of missional and theological empowerment alongside Christian education, Global Christ Mission is dedicated to offering valuable resources and cultivating a welcoming environment for all users.
Unlike traditional libraries found in local Bible seminaries, the Elim Community Library houses over 5,000 volumes. It is missionally designed to serve not only the Christian community but also individuals from other faith traditions. Its wide range of collections enriches knowledge, provides useful resources in preparation for competitive examinations, and supports career development and job selection.
Beyond academic pursuits, the library provides meaningful opportunities for fellowship, particularly among teenagers and young adults from diverse religious backgrounds. Through these interactions, we aim to demonstrate the love of God and share the Gospel in a spirit of openness, service, and genuine community.

Cross Bearers Youth
Cross Bearers Youth India, a ministry of Global Christ Mission, was established out of our passion to transform youth and empower them to be true disciples of Jesus, impacting the world with His love and truth.
Our motto for this youth is Living and Witnessing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Through discipleship, education, fellowship, and mission engagement, Cross Bearers Youth seek to nurture young believers who will carry the cross of Christ with conviction and courage, shaping the world for His Kingdom.
- History and Litreature
Christian Literature
We are also committed to Christian literature, addressing the urgent need for solid biblical resources and publications in Global and Indian Christianity today. The Church is facing significant challenges from heretical teachings and movements such as Sincheongi, Goodnews, Mother Church, Bereans, Non-Trinitarian sects, including Jehovah’s Witnesses, Oneness Pentecostals, Mormons, etc. Moreover, the Church is also targeted by distorted interpretations of the Bible and Jesus Christ by non-Christian religious fundamentalists. In this context, biblical literature becomes vital—not only for defending the faith but also for upholding the truth of God’s Word. Hence, through literature ministry, we aim to:
- Strengthen believers with sound doctrines.
- Equip pastors, leaders, and youth with trustworthy resources.
- Provide apologetic tools to counter false teachings.
- Spread the Gospel through the written word, reaching both Christian and non-Christian communities.
We are committed to writing and sharing daily devotions in English, Telugu, and Kannada, reaching believers through social media and print platforms. Our goal is to inspire Christians to prioritize the Word of God, meditate on it daily, live according to its teachings, and have a positive influence on their communities. Beyond daily devotions, we actively engage in publishing books that address a wide range of topics:
- Biblical studies – grounding believers in Scripture.
- Missional works – encouraging outreach and evangelism.
- Apologetics – equipping Christians to defend their faith.
- Doctrinal clarity – strengthening understanding of core beliefs.
- Practical theology – guiding believers in everyday Christian living.
In this way, the Center for Christian Literature becomes not only a publishing hub but also a spiritual resource center, committed to building up the body of Christ in truth, mission, and spiritual maturity. We pray and believe that these resources aim to strengthen the Church, equip leaders, pastors, and ministers, and ensure the teaching of sound doctrine for the growth and maturity of God’s people
